Coming from a background in Moto –X, Sloan had already achieved NZ and Australian Champion Titles.
Sloan turned his skills toward the Road Racing circuit in 2007, joining the 600 Sports Production ranks.
Sloan – Instantly successful, won the Auckland Motorcycles Club annual championship, on points additionally competing in National events, scoring credible points in each round.
In 2008, Sloan stepped up to the Premier Superbike class, on board the Speed-tech Kawasaki ZX10R.
In stock trim, Sloan took out the super bike class win, in the highly regarded Victoria Motorcycle Club’s Actrix Winter Series, on the first attempt.
With the exposure from Sloan’s significant results and friendly professional attitude through-out the VMCC Actrix Winter Series, Sloan was able to debut in his first National Superbike Series held in early 2009.
Over the past Seasons, Sloan has worked hard on every aspect of his riding, competing in as many events as possible throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Against the odds, Sloan has surprised many, both on and off the Race Circuit, with quick progression through the ranks from Rookie road racer, to Championship contender.
